At this time lab services are on a first come/first serve basis. We are not accepting appointments for the lab. Please sign up to the waitlist ONLY WHEN YOU ARRIVE IN THE PARKING LOT.

You will receive a text message confirming that you have been put on the list. Please remain in your vehicle until you receive a text indicating it is your turn and the lab is ready for you to come inside. If you do not have a cell phone, or if you are having any difficulty accessing the link, no problem! Just come to the front door and someone will assist you.
Please remember – facemasks are required for ALL individuals entering the office.
